LISH-1 - Ishigaki Round Island

Depart to Yaeyama Minzokuen and view traditional Okinawan buildings; guests can also experience the local culture and lifestyles here. Next visit the Banna Forest Park and enjoy a panoramic view of Ishigaki city. LISH-2 - Taketomi Island

Proceed to Taketomi which is surrounded by coral reefs and famous for its star-shaped sand. Star Sand is popular as the sand of fortune. In Taketomi, guests will visit the traditional buildings preserved by the Japanese government. Next to Yaeyama Minzokuen next to view traditional Okinawan buildings, guests can also experience the local culture and lifestyles. Head to Kabira Bay, the most beautiful spot on Ishigaki Island. Lying in the emerald green sea this island may be compared to the realm of fine art. The cultivation of black pearls also makes this bay famous. Guests will also be able to shop at the Ryuyku Black Pearl Centre. Stop next at the Tourin Temple which was constructed in 1614. The temple’s Okinawan appearance with orange roof tiles and a stone wall stands impressively with statues of the two Deva kings at the main gate. These statues that were completed in 1737 are designated as an important cultural property. Finally stop for some shopping at the local supermarket.
